TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 10th February, 2025
By purchasing this package, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions outlined by Grip Creative (“Service Provider”).
1. Scope of Service
This package includes:
✅ BRANDING
- Logo Design (3 options)
- Brand Booklet (typography, color palette, brand device, logo usage)
- Logo Files (high resolution, major formats)
- Business Card & Email Signature Design
- Social Media Assets
✅ WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
- 5-page website (not an e-commerce site)
- Domain name & hosting purchase
- Theme purchase & customization
- Layout, design, and site architecture
- Zoho email hosting setup
- Basic SEO (Yoast Basic SEO setup)
✅ DELIVERY TIMELINE:
15 working days from the date the Client submits all required materials.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
- 100% upfront payment is required before any work begins.
- No refunds will be issued once payment is made.
- The Service Provider will work with the Client within the agreed revision rounds to achieve the desired outcome.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client must:
- Provide all required details (branding brief, website content, domain name, company information) within 3 days of purchase.
- Respond promptly to revision requests and approvals to avoid project delays.
- Understand that delayed responses will extend the timeline beyond 15 working days.
4. Revisions & Approvals
- Branding: One (1) revision round after initial designs are delivered.
- Website: One (1) revision round before final approval.
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will attract extra charges.
- Once branding or the website is approved by the Client, any further changes will require a separate agreement and additional fees.
5. Delivery & Ownership
- Upon final approval, the Client receives:
✅ High-resolution branding files
✅ Full access & credentials to the website - The Client owns full rights to all deliverables upon completion.
- The Service Provider retains the right to showcase the final work in its portfolio, website, or promotional materials.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for website management after delivery unless the Client subscribes to a separate maintenance plan.
6. Project Delays & Expiry
- If the Client fails to provide required details within 7 days, the project may be put on hold.
- If there is no response from the Client for 21 days, the project will be considered abandoned with no refunds issued.
- The Client can reactivate the project for an additional re-engagement fee.
7. Communication & Support
- All communication will be via Email, Google Meet, or WhatsApp.
- Support is available anytime, but responses will be provided within reasonable working hours.
8. Limitations of Liability
- The Service Provider is not liable for:
- Website downtime due to third-party hosting providers.
- Website security breaches if the Client fails to implement recommended security measures.
- Loss of branding files after delivery. The Client is responsible for safekeeping.
- The Service Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Additional Terms to Protect Both Parties
- The Client agrees not to hold the Service Provider responsible for any business losses incurred due to the use of the branding or website (e.g., financial losses, business failure, etc.).
- This package includes a 5-page website only (not an e-commerce site or custom-coded solution).
- Any requests outside the original scope (e.g., additional pages, extra branding elements) will be billed separately and require a new agreement.
10. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By purchasing this package, the Client confirms that they:
✅ Have read and understood these terms.
✅ Agree to abide by the revision limits, payment policy, and project timeline.
✅ Acknowledge that refunds will not be issued and accept the structured workflow.
✅ Agree to allow the Service Provider to display the final work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
